Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers Wanted for Bronte BIA Committees and Events

Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community. It puts you in the centre of things, and gives you the ability to really make a difference and meet great people with the same vision…a vibrant, beautiful, and very livable Bronte Harbour.

For festivals and events, choose planning and programming, or just opt to participate on the day of the event. You can choose where you’d like to help out: Bronte BIA Hospitality Booth (Information and Merchandise), Vendor check-in, parking, performer check-in and liaison, set-up, tear-down, or volunteer just for our events Festival weekend. Decide where you’d like to help; with the parade, merchandise, backstage, hospitality, parking, and more.

High school students seeking volunteer hours are very welcome to apply. It offers great experience for your future to learn to work collaboratively as a team to accomplish a major task. Some of our best ideas come from volunteers.

If it weren't for our volunteer Board members, committee members, and those that work on our events, we wouldn't be able to accomplish so many of the things so important to Bronte Harbour: streetscaping, beautification/cleanliness, events, promotions, and community outreach.

Thank you to our current volunteers who work diligently and selflessly to make our programs run smoothly. Without volunteers working our festivals and events, they would not be such a great success.
