You are invited to participate in the upcoming Autumn Festival on September 16 and 17 .

If you are interested please fill out the attached application form (click the link below). You will be required to set up on Lakeshore Rd. which will be closed to traffic.

There is no cost except a $50 deposit which is refundable if you set up.
